Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates
- Orders over $100 USD: free standard shipping
- Orders of $100 USD or less: $6.99 standard shipping
Canadian orders are shown and charged in CAD at checkout. The free shipping threshold is based on the USD equivalent of your order subtotal after discounts.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 8 business days after processing. Processing and delivery can take longer during holiday periods and severe weather.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first carrier scan.
Duties and taxes
Some items ship from outside Canada. For Canadian orders, duties or import taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us at servicesorela@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
