Shipping

Where does Sorèla ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 USD. Orders of $100 or less ship for a flat $6.99.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Items that ship from our US warehouse arrive in 2 to 5 business days in the US. Items marked "Ships from overseas" arrive in 5 to 10 business days in the US. Delivery to Canada takes 8 to 14 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do Canadian orders pay duties?

Some items ship from outside Canada, so duties or import taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

What is the return policy?

You can return unworn items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. See our Return Policy for full details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Sizing and fit

How do Sorèla sizes run?

Most styles fit true to size. Some pieces run small, and the product page will tell you when to size up. Every product page includes measurements or a size chart.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes, selected sweaters and cardigans come in extended sizes. Look for plus size in the product title.

Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is there a discount for first orders?

Yes. Sign up for our emails and get 10% off your first order with code NEWMEMBER.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible. We can update an order before it ships, but not after.
